There's that moment in our professional lives where we look back at the event that changed everything. For me, it was a local business owner who asked me to write him a radio commercial because he said I was 'creative'. I said yes, but only if I could do the voices. Long story short, when I went to record the commercial at the radio station, I was hired that day to become their commercial voice guy. I tried to be a DJ but I really sucked at it.
I knew deep down that this was going to be my career path. I began studying successful voice talent as well as the companies who represented them. After getting accepted on rosters, I kept searching, looking for just the right representation. Today, I am repped across the country and have had some pretty awesome clients to work with. It has taken time, patience and persistence and has been completely worth it. Commercial work, narrations, promo, political, on-hold, video games, etc. You name it and I've done it.
When I'm not voicing, you can find me cruising around in a classic car with my family, volunteering for the American Advertising Federation, and golfing (terribly).
